General Comments
THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS VOLUNTARILY CLOSED THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VILLAGE OF BRADLEY'S ROUTINE FIRE PREVENTION SAFETY INSPECTION AT THIS TIME. THE BAR WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE ONLY FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALONG WITH PRE-PACKAGED FOODS . THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONDUCTED AN INSPECTION OF THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE VILLAGE OF BRADLEY'S CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION. SEVERAL VIOLATIONS WERE NOTED AT THIS TIME. THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHALL BE ALLOWED TO RE-OPERATE IF VIOLATIONS OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE VILLAGE OF BRADLEY ARE SATISFACTORILY CORRECTED. A RE-INSPECTION WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE RESUMING THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION.
